Course Registrations
If you are unable to attend a course, Streams Ministries Canada will extend an automatic credit from one year of date of purchase. This credit may be used on product, a direct transfer to another person, or a direct transfer to a class of the same level of the original purchase price. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Course Voucher Policy
Course vouchers do not give access to the course classroom, only a properly processed registration does. Vouchers cannot be used for walk-in registration payment; Streams Ministries Canada can accept only cash, check or credit cards at the door for walk-in registration. We are unable to verify in the field that the voucher is valid and/or unused.

Vouchers are valued and credited the same as early registration fees and are used for prepaid registrations only. Vouchers cannot be used for anything other than a appropriately registered in advance "early registration". Walk-in rates do not apply and no voucher credit is given for walk-in registrations because we have no way to validate the voucher on site at an event.

Registrants that used voucher credit to register and then do not attend the class for which they have registered, are considered a "No Show Registrations". "No Show Registrations" have now used the voucher credit for the specified class that was registered for and not attended. The act of pre-registering for a specific class constitutes the spending of the voucher credit. Unless the registrant cancels his/her registration with 7 days advance notice the voucher credit has been spent and is no longer transferable. When a registrant cancels a registration within the proper time frame Streams Ministries Canada will issue a confirmation number for the cancellation and apply their registration fee to another class. Their will be a cancellation number issued to the registrant. The cancellation number is then emailed to the supervisor and the registrant canceling the course. The registrant must use that cancellation number to obtain appropriate credit for the transferred voucher credit. The cancellation file will be maintained by the department supervisor for future reference.

Special Events & Conferences
Registration fees are non-refundable, but are transferable. If you would like to transfer your registration to someone else, please contact us online or in writing at Streams Ministries Canada, Box 228, 8623 Granville St, Vancouver, BC V6P 5A2 or call toll-free 1-800-409-3093 to speak to a customer service representative.

Product Sales Policies
If the wrong product has been shipped to you we will replace the product at no cost to you. If you are unhappy with your product. We will accept a return if the product is returned to us in resalable condition, meaning that it must not have bent corners, marks on any pages and be in new condition. We require you to pay the shipping to return the product to us. Once we receive the products and determine that they are in resalable condition, we will apply a credit to your credit card, less a 20% restocking charge. If you paid by check or money order, we will mail you a refund check once the above conditions have been met. If the product is returned to us with marks or damage, we are unable to apply a credit for you, nor will we return this product to you.

Please send the package care of RETURNS with your packing slip included in the box. We require your name, address, telephone number, the credit card number as well as the expiration date on the card that you used to purchase the products with, or copies of check or money order if paid this way. If we do not receive this information, we will be unable to credit your account.
